KonnektEd was founded in 2008 with a mission dedicated to popular education and information access, and it has been developing new technologies in collaboration with Delve Technologies, TOME Information Systems and Blackman-Meyers Communications from the very beginning.  In February 2010, KonnektEd rolled out the prototype for its premier product KARD, the KonnektEd Access Reading Device.  KARDallows users to interact via satellites, cellular towers or any wireless network with all manner of web resources, e-mail, databases, Google Earth and other GPS data, all with miniaturized hardware no bigger than a business card holder.  Initial sales pre-orders show that KARD is already tremendously popular, and the improved OmniKARD technology has already been tested for a coming release.
