With myriad programs and engineering specialists in dozens of urban and rural planning fields, especially targeting eastern Colombia, and in cooperation with Janissary Corps, Esperanza Group has been bringing social stability and the amenities of 21st-century life to disadvantaged citizens of South America. StreamHeat acquired this forward-thinking group in September of 2009.
